is fun, it’s like a garage sale where you find a bargain on
something you never even thought about, but can’t live without!
Trading or exchanging in the real estate
business is common. Sometimes it’s one property for another, or
personal property as part of a real estate deal. Manhattan went for
sack of beads!
Have a little fun and see if you can turn
that vacant lot in the desert into a boat or R.V. Maybe it will be easier
to sell that house or mobile by taking a trade for the down payment and a
note for the balance…
Then trade or sell it for something you
really want. You just never know what kind of deal you can make until
you try!
